Fill out Form No. 230 by May 25, 2026. You only need your ID.

The entire process takes no more than 3 minutes. We'll handle the rest. We'll send the form to NAFA, so that 3.5% of your income tax can be automatically redirected to Dăruiește Viață projects. Together, we're offering extra chances of living.

Who is Altsy?

Many people say: Leave it to the Others. What's the point of getting involved? But who are these other people?

We've gone looking for them and discovered this handy character, A-l-t-s-y [phonetic transcription of the Romanian word "Others"], who can fix anything. But he can't do it all any more, so he needs help. #We get to be Altsy.

    The Hospital we promised

    Before the Pediatric Medical Campus, there was a Hospital. A Hospital built by more than 350,000 individuals and over 8,000 companies, where we relocated some of the departments of the old “Marie Curie” Hospital: oncology, neurosurgery, surgery, ICU and a 5-OR operating theatre. The hospital has been functional ever since April 2024 and, during the first year, the doctors here treated 3,500 children in the best possible conditions. We want to offer the same treatment conditions to all the children that get to ”Marie Curie”. See here a video from the anniversary of its first year since being open to the public.

    I want to fill in and submit Form No. 230 on my own

    You can take the form to your local NAFA department or send it via courier or regular mail.

    Download the prefilled form by pressing the button below. You don't need to fill in the amount as well.

    You can also submit the form online through the SPV (the Private Virtual Space offered by the NAFA) if you have a personal account. Fill in the smart form with your personal data and the data of the Association, check the 3.5% box, validate it and upload it to the SPV. You will need Adobe Reader to do this.

    Fiscal details

    1. Form No. 230 can only be filled in by people working and getting paid in Romania.
    2. You can ask to redirect 3.5% percent of your income tax for up to 2 years, after which it will need to be renewed.
    3. The percentage cannot be more than 3.5 of your income tax.
    4. The following categories cannot redirect 3.5% of their income tax any more: freelancers, individual enterprises and other independent workers (people with liberal professions), people who get paid via copyright and pensioners. This change has been brought on by Government Emergency Ordinance No. 115/2023.
    5. The redirection can be done up to May 26, 2026 for the income received in 2025.
