He shaved his head in order to convince his friends to donate money for TVs

One Facebook post and the support of the over 12,000 virtual friends of the association, who shared our request, helped us raise the 26 TVs in just two weeks. A year later, the post was updated on Facebook, causing three other people to buy TVs and donate them. Our thanks go out to all those who contributed to this campaign, individuals as well as companies. We've managed to raise 29 TVs and a lot of donations to the association's account!  The stories of the people who donated are impressive and showed us that beautiful ideas that come from the heart are just as important as money: the mother of a girl who was treated for leukemia donated money, even though she’s unemployed; a doctor in a private clinic, who was a resident in the oncology ward of Fundeni, got his colleagues to make a donation; one Romanian abroad shaved his head to raise money for the donation from friends, as a sign of thanks and solidarity with the sick children.  Thank you to everyone who donated TVs, money or even just shared our post. 23 TVs were installed at Fundeni, in the Onco-Pediatric department and 5 in the pre-transplant department of the Emergency University Hospital.
