“*I have a lot of memories from the hospital. The children impressed me the most. They were the nicest, so calm and so good. We liked playing and talking together. They gave you such a good feeling. We also had volunteers from various associations that came round. We got together at that table at the end of the hall and we did team work, is was very fun. I also liked the nurses, because they were so calm. Not all of them could draw blood from me, because I was very afraid and it was difficult to be patient with me, but some did and those were the ones I liked the most. We also had a nurse or an orderly that cooked something yummy for us every weekend: crepes, donuts, all sorts of things*.”
