What it really means to donate money for a cause

Ana Maria Gherman is a volunteer of **Daruieste Viata** and a shareholder at Bursa de Fericire. She's also one of the association's constant supporters, and in 2015 she thought what better Christmas gift for her two sisters who live in America than a symbol of the projects we're doing together at Daruieste Viata - a bracelet and the book that tells a special story.
Because it was such a busy time of year, the delivery system didn't work as planned, and the gifts only got to Cluj at the last minute (it was very important for Ana Maria to take them with her to New York).

Right on Christmas Eve, our volunteer sent us pictures of herself and her sisters wearing the bracelets. She told us about the emotion they had brought, especially as the receivers read the books and found out about Romanian oncology centers and how each penny represents another chance of life for the children with cancer.
