Where are we with the #NoiFacemUnSpital initiative? Good news!
In June 2018, we set the foundation of #NoiFacemUnSpital. Thank you for trusting #Us, the Dăruiește Viață community.
In June 2023, we began the reception of the construction works, which is the verification and evaluation of the work quality by the public authorities. We had a dream, we made a promise and we made it happen.
What's next? We still have some stages to go. We're preparing to donate the building and relocate the departments and now we're raising money to equip the hospital.
#We trust you as well
You make the impossible possible. By donating. By telling others about #NoiFacemUnSpital.
Thank you. It's hard to express the joy and excitement we're feeling. With you by our side, we feel we can do anything we set our minds to. We're grateful for that.
The story is just beginning. A story of courage, trust, hard work and hope. You have the power of writing another word, another paragraph, another chapter.
Together, we want to turn #NoiFacemUnSpital into a medical campus. Donate and help us.
What are the following stages?
Finalizing the reception
The reception committee (made out of representatives of the public authorities, the investor and the construction specialists) has gotten together, and they are currently checking the documents and compliance of everything.
Equipping the Hospital
A team of consultants worked alongside the management of Marie Curie Hospital to establish the medical and non-medical equipment needed, while we're getting to work on the acquisitions.
Donating it to Marie Curie Hospital
#NoiFacemUnSpital will function as a public hospital, so that all children have access to free treatment, based on their health insurance.
Relocating the departments
Together with the management and medical team of Marie Curie Hospital, we're planning the move of the Hemato-oncology, Surgery, Neurosurgery departments, the Operating Theatre and the Intensive Care Unit.
A pilot project for the Pediatric Radiotherapy department
We've brought forward to the authorities a project to implement another way of doing management, based on corporate and medical governance principles, for the Pediatric Radiotherapy department.
